Before entering the premises guests are required to wear facemasks. This requirement was set out by the government to be effective from August 14th. I will also be wearing one to greet you. Once guests are in their room, facemasks can be removed but must be put on in any public areas of the property. This requirement is to protect both parties from the spread of infection.
Your room will not be serviced during any stay of 3 nights or less. The maximum number of nights for any booking will be capped at 3 nights in order to reduce risk of infection to cleaning staff. My policy is to leave 2 clear dayS between departures and arrivals, so a room vacated on, for example, Sunday will not be rebooked until Wednesday.
Breakfast will no longer be served in the kitchen and only the Light breakfast will be available, with all ingredients and provisions being available for collection from the pantry. Crockery, cutlery, condiments, toaster will be already in the room. Dirty items can be returned to the pantry, from where they will be removed and replaced with clean ones. If guests want to leave items in the fridge then they must be labelled clearly so that they are left undisturbed.
