Breakfast is taken in the bay window of the attractive kitchen/dining room, which is furnished with limed oak units and has a vaulted ceiling. This bay window is on the top floor of the house and has unsurpassed views over neighbouring rooftops to the Cathedral, Guildhall and across the City Centre.
The Magdalen House Light Breakfast comprises: orange juice, prunes, berry fruits, fresh fruit, a choice of Kellogg’s cereals, organic muesli, homemade, gluten-free, dairy-free breakfast bites, hand-cut wholemeal and white bread and crumpets (guests are encouraged to toast their own).
Natural, fat-free yogurt and organic, probiotic fruit yogurts, organic butter, organic marmalade, a selection of jams, honey, Marmite, Nutella, organic Clipper tea or cafetiere coffee is made using filtered water.
The Magdalen House cooked-to-order breakfast comprises: free range egg, 2 grilled English bacon rashers, 2 grilled chipolata sausages (from a local producer), sautéed mushrooms, grilled tomato and baked beans. Plus all the ‘Light Breakfast’ choices
